Fuel Up to Play 60

The National Football League brings NFL excitement to school wellness! All 32 NFL teams are involved with the Fuel Up to Play 60 program, and since the program’s inception, over 1,300 player visits have taken place at schools involved in the program.

Meet the Fuel Up to Play 60
Player of the Month:

Ameer Abdullah, starting running back for the Detroit Lions, is beginning his first year as a Fuel Up to Play 60 player ambassador. Ameer played college football at the University of Nebraska and is originally from Homewood, Alabama. He was drafted by the Detroit Lions in 2015. In the first game of the 2016 NFL season, Ameer did a little bit of everything, rushing 12 times for 63 yards to go along with 5 receptions for 57 yards and 1 touchdown. Thanks to Ameer's contributions, the Lions went on to win the game 29 – 25 against the Tennessee Titans.
