Hometown Grants Help Schools Fuel Greatness
Celebrating the Eighth Year of the Hometown Grants Program
This fall, Fuel Up to Play 60 and the NFL are coming together for the 8th year in support of the Hometown Grants Program!
The NFL, through FUTP 60, will provide $10,000 per NFL club market ($320,000 in total) in grant money to help school districts/individual schools implement physical activity and health and wellness changes. These grants are a great way for NFL clubs and local Dairy Councils to collaborate and build relationships while helping kids Fuel Good for their bodies, community and the planet!
An online application for registering selected schools will be available in mid-September. Check your Educator Dashboard.
Congratulations Lords Park Elementary! Chicago Bears player David Montgomery will present the Elgin school with the Chicago Bears Hometown Grant of $5,000 on Oct. 21 for its commitment to the Fuel Up to Play 60 program, which aims to help students stay active and healthy.
