10 Minutes of Fitness at Kelly Elementary
Every class at Kelly Elementary School begins with at least 10 minutes of Fitness. We use resistance bands, free weights, hurdles, ladders, steps, plyo boxes, warrior ropes, pull-up bars, just to name a few of the many ideas and techniques we use in order to accomplish our goal of 10 minutes of Fitness.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

We have student and teacher fitness classes so that we can all remain healthy and active.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

We have seen students getting stronger and with increased fitness levels. They have also improved academically because of their increased fitness.
