Our school and community worked together to achieve a healthy school environment with increased physical activities before school, during school, and after school for our students. We also added additional minutes to our coordinated school health lessons for our students.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Our school is healthier and physically active. Everyone is educated on the importance of 60 minutes of activity daily and nutritious foods add fuel to the body.

How did you accomplish your goals?

The school and student wellness teams worked together to accomplish our goals of creating more education on living a healthy lifestyle and planning/executing more physical activities for students.
