Mrs. B's class planted a garden with produce that they could harvest early. They were so excited when they were able to pull up the radishes and herbs, like rosemary and peppermint, and try them. For most this was their first experience at this and they loved it.

How did you accomplish your goals?

First we cleaned out the bed in the court yard and then took care of the soil and then we planted. We watered and feed and took out the weeds. very excited for this chance.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

The challenges are on the weekend when everyone is off from school. But we were able to come with a list of people that could if necessary to come up and water and tend to the plants.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

The students and adult were awesome together they all voted on what to plant and where, and feeding schedule. they all took turns working the soil and taking care of it.
