A Healthy Breakfast for Riverchase Students

As part of the Jump Rope for Heart Challenge for 2015-2016, the students had to determine what items could constitute a healthy breakfast. They chose 2% milk, oatmeal, egg whites, low-fat yogurt, and orange juice. Once the students reached the fundraiser goal of $2500, the top five student fundraisers were allowed to pour the healthy breakfast over their physical education teacher while the rest of the student body watched and learned! It was a great lesson in both goal setting and a healthy breakfast!
