Several times a year, the students at our school bring in canned goods and nonperishable food items to help fill the St. Francis DeSales food pantry. This November, our students were extremely generous in the many food items they brought in. The volunteers from St. Francis DeSales food pantry were overwhelmed with excitement when they saw the number of boxes our school filled. Sister Alice, a volunteer for the food pantry, sent our students a thank-you note expressing her gratitude and happiness that now many needy families will have a wonderful Thanksgiving because of our students' generosity.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

Once a month, the students at our school make lunches for St. Francis Inn, a homeless shelter in our city.
