After School Dodge Ball

The FUTP 60 Team sponsored after school dodge ball for 4th through 8th grade students every Wednesday during the month of November.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

The FUTP 60 team organized this event from beginning to end. They were responsible for getting the word out via morning announcements and posters. The 8th grade FUTP 60 team members organized the activity. They made teams, organized the rules, and refereed. They did a great job making my job easy!

What improvements have you seen at your school?

The students show respect towards each other during the games. In the past, students would argue when they were told they were out. This year, having the 8th graders do it, there were very few disputes between students. When a fourth grade girl was the only one left on the court against 5 boys they showed compassion on the court.
