Physical Activity Participation

Many of my students follow me every morning with a walk of 2 or 3 laps around the school building. We have met many people in the community and they know all about us. They enjoy watching us walk around every morning.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

We work together as a team because we trust each other. I have been with most of them since they were in kindergarten. They trust me and I trust them.

How did you accomplish your goals?

I asked many of my students who walk to school to meet me at the front every morning and we just start out walking around the building.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

I have many students who know and trust me here and they love when I get involved with them. They love to walk and try and follow me when I go. I love having them walk with me; they always keep me company and we push each other.
