A couple of months ago, our school was ranked in the lower part of the district of 20 elementary schools. We set a priority of explaining how important it was for students to get their school breakfast in the morning. After the first 6 weeks of implementation, we were ranked first and have been first the last two six weeks periods..

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Improvement in breakfast consumption.

How did you accomplish your goals?

Set goal of being ranked #1.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

The teachers and coaches communicated on the common goal.
