Due to budget cuts in the sports department, we were facing not having any after-school sports programming, so we incorporated and implemented a year-long sports clinic starting with flag football.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

The biggest challenge was the money part. We needed to recruit the necessary staff members, be able to pay them, and purchase equipment.
