We created a video that was shown at our Kickoff event and shared with all elementary teachers that used our classroom set of stretch bands and how to use them in some ways for brain breaks throughout the day.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

As the Program Advisor, I was just there as a facilitator. The students did all the work and asked me questions and I provided assistance as needed. I wanted to take a back seat and let them shine. The students worked well together and knew that I would be there for any support.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

We want to take our ideas and our funding and transfer it on to next year. Since we got a late start, we want to get a jump start early next year to get students thinking about physical activity breaks in the classroom right away.
