Physical Activity Participation

In November our school started keeping track of our daily movements in the classroom! We have a goal to get 10,000 movements from November-May. In November, after tallying up all of the movements, we have over 1,200 movement breaks in our school's classrooms!

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

I have and will continue to provide a movement calendar each month to every teacher that has brain break ideas for each day on them. They are not required to use them, they are just suggestions for teachers that make want to mix it up a bit!
