This past year, our school corporation had Eric Jensen come in and speak about poverty and the brain and how we can engage our students more effectively. Our teachers were challenged to get the students up and moving every 20 minutes. Our teachers have bought in over the last year and students are getting up and moving a lot more throughout the day now. Our teachers love GoNoodle and finding favorite dances on YouTube.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Students are loving to dance and they cannot wait until their next brain break and always want to do one more!!

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

Staff is evaluated on using Jensen's strategies and are required to continue it throughout the year.
