Brain Breaks Build Success

Our class daily dances and moves during brain breaks to help students concentrate on their schoolwork. They love to move and dance to GoNoodle. They even watch and move to GoNoodle at home. At the start of school, I taught two county-wide in-service classes about the importance and ease of using GoNoodle and other brain breaks in the classroom.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

I plan to use brain breaks daily to help my students have fun moving throughout the day. When I have FUN dancing and moving with my students, then they want to move at home and in school.
