Physical Activity Participation

One of the Fuel Up Plays our school chose to participate in was the In Class Physical Activity Breaks. During the school day, our principal will come on the loud speaker and play music. Our students are encouraged to get up out of their seats and go out in the hallway and dance! Since the majority of our student population loves dancing, this was a perfect way to give them a short break to let out their energy.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

Our plan is to implement this fitness break monthly during a different period throughout the school year. We have had a positive response from both teachers and students!
