Our breakfast participation was down at my high school, so I talked with the principal. We came up with a plan where we could set up a breakfast down the hall to try and capture meals for the students who did not come to the commons for breakfast. We just worked with what we have until our new breakfast cart comes in. We have been able to increase breakfast participation by 20 or more students a day.

How did you accomplish your goals?

I had a meeting with both the principal and my staff to see where we could set up the breakfast down the hall to get the most participation out of the students and staff. After a decision was made, we started on our adventure.
