Our whole school recited the Fuel Up to Play 60 pledge together at our first all-school Braves Rally September 20, 2019 led by our Healthy Kids Crew. Our school has committed to Fuel Up to Play 60 every year since 2011 and we look for new challenges every year to keep educating our students and staff on how to be healthy. Thank you for your program.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

BSE has made wellness a daily topic. It is part of our culture. Students talk about eating healthy and being active on a regular basis. We have a Wellness Wall, nutrition and wellness poster, Fuel Up to Play 60 poster, a chalkboard wall with Nutrtition Nuggets and Fitness Facts. We also have a walking club, Tasty Tuesdays for sampling new foods, and a Healthy Kids Crew that promotes wellness.
