Physical Activity Participation

We started the 100 Mile Club this year. Our kids are so excited to get out and enjoy running. Seeing them watch the amount of miles we run each month grow and grow, they get so excited!!!!

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

We will be running the 100 Mile Club once a month. We are tracking how many miles we run per student and class.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Some of the teachers are trying to help their students stay in the top three classes by walking during recess or lunchtime with the students.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

Having the funding to buy prizes is hard. We are not part of the rewards program with 100 Mile club. I make my own awards and incentive gifts for the students to try hard.
