Community Involvement

On Friday, October 7, 2016 members of the Hollidaysburg Area Junior High School marched in the Homecoming parade to Fuel Up Our Community. Our team collected 110+ boxes of cereal for the local food pantry. Because of this collection, many families will have a healthy breakfast to start their day!

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

Our Fuel Up to Play 60 team will partner with Hollidaysburg Junior High Student Council to sponsor a cereal drive this winter.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Because many of our team members also participate in band, many were unable to march. They participated in this food drive by creating flyers and announcements to get the word out.
