Color Run to Support Others
Farristown Middle School is organizing and implementing a color run for our community, where all proceeds will be donated to Project Graduation. These students have made flyers, talked to community members, and faculty to help them plan and organize the event.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Students had to plan and organize the event with the help of the adults because they needed the route mapped out. The police department had to ok the route along with giving us patrol personnel on the day of the event.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

This is a great project to help previous students that attended our middle school. We have students and adults in place that want to see this community outreach continue and grow.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Students are asking family and friends to run along with asking coaches and their teams to compete for team pride. It is turning into a school wide event.
