Physical Activity Participation

Our Fuel Up to Play 60 Student Team got the opportunity to try out our brand new FUTP 60 Flag Football belts. Since then, they have worked with their friends and school to get everyone out and playing and participating in more physical activity every day, such as playing flag football. These twelve students each have their own talents and skills, but are amazing student leaders across campus. They have made new friends, found teammates, and shared their newly found knowledge of flag football and other FUTP 60 events with everyone they can. Through their hard work, students around the school are getting their 60 minutes of physical activity everyday!

What improvements have you seen at your school?

With the help of our amazing student team, we have seen an increase in the number of students who are participating in physical activity, such as PE and recess. These leaders have gone out of their way to ensure that no one feels left out or doesn't have the ability to be on a team or play the game. As PE teachers, we have seen kids become more excited over the activities we do in class and a higher rate of participation among them.
