Physical Activity Participation

Due to the fact that our intramurals have introduced students to organized recess activity, the students have continued these activities on their own. This has helped recess be more organized and the students are staying active every day and look forward to playing every day.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

The students have taken over the organization responsibilities, making things easier for recess aides and the PE teacher. This act of synergizing has made for a more positive recess time for adults and the students.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

By changing and running intramural programs with different sports throughout the year, we are able to keep the students active all year.
