The Lincoln Fuel Up to Play 60 leadership team continued the work that was started last school year. We harvested potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, and beets. The students all took some veggies home.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Three parents and three volunteers from the church, including my mother-in-law, worked together to harvest the vegetables that were ready, and to plant some new ones in their place.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

We did this Play last year, and will continue as long as the neighboring church continues their community garden.
