Our students were recently treated to nutrition lessons and healthy snacks during sessions with a nutrition specialist. Lessons included making healthy choices, and getting 60 minutes of activity each day, promoting the FUTP 60 focus.
After the lessons, students were able to complete fun worksheets in their classroom and took home a newsletter on what they learned to their parents.
