My student-- Hannah Gibbs-- gives the class a presentation on cheese for the Dairy Council CCAP competition.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

The students worked amongst themselves to give the presentation and complete the activity that came along.

How did you accomplish your goals?

I had the students complete everything as well as hopefully learn something about cheese.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

I hope the students learned something that they can use in the future and developed an understanding of how cheese is made and how it can impact their daily nutrition.
