Our self-contained FUTP 60 students helped with National School Breakfast Week by eating and drinking their dairy during breakfast. They were very excited to learn that they were fueling up for the day with nutritious food.

How did you accomplish your goals?

We've struggled with getting the students in the self-contained classroom healthy breakfast and snack options. With the help of the teachers and partnership with the Nutrition staff, we are able to provide healthy options for the students. We are looking to provide coolers to help them transport their dairy foods to and from their field trips.
