Dairy for Healthy Bones and Teeth

Students learned about the benefits of 3 servings per day of dairy. Students learned in PE about how their bodies need milk, cheese, yogurt, etc. every day to help their bones and teeth be strong. Students in Kindergarten know words like calcium, pro-biotics, and Vitamin D. They also understand that they need 3 servings every day. We had a hands-on food replica to demonstrate what a serving looks like.
