Access to Healthy Foods

In December, the Cleveland Browns Foundation and the American Dairy Association Mideast announced that Wade Park School would receive $10,000 for achieving the largest increase in breakfasts served among participating CMSD schools during a week in late November. The schools added hot breakfasts as an attendance incentive. Also, we had open gym in the mornings before school for grades 5-8. The players also encouraged our students to eat a healthy breakfast every day! The players additionally signed our FUTP 60 breakfast pledge banner with the students, which is now display in the gymnasium!
