Participating in Fuel Up To Play 60 has been positive for our students. Students are learning about the importance of eating healthy, and participating in physical activities. One of the activities they enjoy is playing Basketball in the morning before school starts. They say it helps them concentrate more in the class room to start the day. More students in our PE classes are eager to exercise more; they especially enjoy participating in circuits. We want to increase participation on unstructured Physical activities or free play, especially before and after school. We will continue to learn more about Fuel Up to Play 60 and increase our participation. We are very happy being part of Fuel Up To Play 60, and we thank you for allowing us to be part of your family. I will include an essay from one of our students. "To start with, Fuel Up to Play 60 helps me stay very healthy and the habits I have of eating. It helped me out by changing the habit of how I eat my food. And how many times I should eat every day, week, months, and each year. It helps other people and me by inspiring other people to be healthy, and maybe if they want to lose weight to be even healthier. Have a good body, healthy organs, and live longer. To finish off my story I just wanted to say that Fuel Up to Play 60 has helped me in many ways by giving us the routine of breakfast, lunch, and even dinner. Thank you for reading my story."
