The Holcomb student team has teamed up with the district food service department to help promote Harvest of the Month. Each month a tasty new dish prepared with locally grown foods is served in the cafeteria. Students can take home recipes and taste test samples are offered to students who bring their own lunch. Students vote on whether they like the new dish. If the the dish is favored by the students, it will be incorporated into the menu rotation. The FUTP 60 team has practically taken over the marketing! Each month the students create informational posters, make morning announcements to remind the student body to participate, and even help with the distribution of the of the taste test samples. The students love their leadership role.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

Harvest of the Month was already a successful program that the district was implementing. Using the FUTP 60 team only makes the program better!
