On February 13, 2018 the PE Department hosted its first student vs. staff European Team Handball Game. The staff beat the students, but it was a fun time had by all. Heart rates went up as well as the teachers scoreboard. The students displayed great sportsmanship.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Students and adults came together to play in a fun game after school. Some 8th grade students played on the teachers' team.

How did you accomplish your goals?

We accomplished this goal by getting clearance from the Principal to use the gym. We are a shared space and gym time is limited.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

We faced many challenges trying to pull this event together. We needed to get a permit for the gym, and handout and collect permission slips.
