Physical Activity Participation

At Bayview Elementary, students have learned the benefits of frequent exercise, eating healthy, and working together. Flag football is enjoyed by everyone, and getting cool prizes for helping yourself is a terrific bonus! This is our second year in the FUTP 60 program, and it is easily the most requested activity of the students.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Students are eating more fruits and vegetables, drinking milk, and making healthier choices.

How did you accomplish your goals?

Reminding them at PE, in the cafeteria during lunch and breakfast, and during arrival/dismissal.
