- Physical Activity Participation
Every Friday, we have "Fitness Friday" to get the kids moving and active. We go from 15-20 minutes and focus on cardio, arms, legs, and core. After their workout, we allow them to have open gym as a reward. We have done HIIT (high intensity interval training) and fun videos like "Pound" (a rock-out workout using drum sticks).
