On September 18, Erin School held a “Fitness Friday” schoolwide event to kick off our Fuel Up to Play 60 program. All students participated in teams of 4-6 students to complete 35 different health-enhancing stations. Some of the stations included: ride the slide, sack race, Hoppity Hop, Frisbee golf, and Kemp’s chocolate milk station. We had over 40 volunteers assist with this awesome event. In addition, we partnered with local businesses to provide some of our fitness- and nutrition-based stations to inspire our students to be active and make healthy food choices.
