Physical Activity Participation

After we received the flag football set from Fuel Up to Play 60, we gave a set of flags to recess. The kids set up their own games of capture the football, flag football, or tag using the flags to promote honest and fair play. They loved it! Even have had a few snow football games!

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Gym patrols (student leaders) met with the clerks and talked about using the flags at recess after we did it in PE class. The clerks agreed to monitor if the students were responsible for the equipment. So far, so good!
