Success with Funds

I used our FUTP 60 funding to purchase stencils and supplies to paint activities on our school's playground!

How did you accomplish your goals?

I purchased all of the supplies, picked a day with good weather, and got to work!!!

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

Planning was a challenge. It was difficult to coordinate help and weather that was conducive to painting.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

When students returned to school yesterday they were so excited! Instead of standing around in the black top they were engaged and active! They thought the stencils had magically appeared over the summer! Seeing them active and having so much fun is proof that recess has been ramped up!!
