We did the breakfast pump up and students went into the classroom to teach about what Fuel Up to Play 60 is and why it is important. It was a 10 minute presentation that was created and lead by students on the team.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

The student team members and program advisor came up with the idea of presenting a slide show to the other grades in the school about what is Fuel Up to Play 60 and why 60 minutes a day and nutrition is important. They had the students engage in a brief movement break. After the presentation the program advisor would give feedback to the students on their power point so they could adjust and make modifications for the next classroom.
