Short in-class physical activity breaks were incorporated into the health classroom during the year. Within only a couple of weeks, students were asking for a Brain Break because they enjoyed them so much!

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

We plan to branch out into other curriculum areas next school year until all teachers are equipped with the knowledge to conduct in-class physical activity breaks into their classrooms.
