I am the physical education teacher at Fessenden Elementary. Our students are coming through the process that I am here for them to have a QUALITY program with sportsmanship, safety and to learn healthy choices. I am very proud that the students are now coming to me with health questions and I am seeing much better sportsmanship during our units. Way to go, Fessenden !!!!!!

How did you accomplish your goals?

I established three main rules during P.E. that I did not relax for the first nine weeks of school.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

Being a confident teacher and showing the students that I care about their whole being. I want a healthy, respectful student and they will see a better outcome.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

I explained to them I would not give up and would wait for better choices to be made. The students then started using positive peer pressure to help the ones that needed a little more help.
