Student Leadership
My FUTP 60 leaders spent three days at our school leading small group activities. The classroom teachers would sign their class up for a time slot of 10 minutes and the leaders would come in or go outside (2 days of rain) and do healthy activities. The students in the school had a blast doing these. The student leaders then went to the 2 different DAPE P.E. classes and helped the students with special needs with their activity. They showed them how to throw a football around and kick off a tee.

How did you accomplish your goals?

The goal was to get as many students active for these three days. We made Google sign ups to get things started. Luckily, all classroom teachers were on board for this. Then I assigned my student leaders a time slot and they would go around to the different classrooms that signed up.
