Lincoln School in Palatine, Illinois, began their Fuel Up to Play 60 journey this school year. Many great things have happened, including the most recent honor of having Jennifer Muccianti, the Physical Education teacher, as the Illinois PTA Outstanding Teacher of the Year. Every school in Illinois who has a PTA can nominate a teacher for this award. The PTA wrote an amazing application, which included Mrs. Muccianti's work with Fuel Up to Play 60. Congratulations!

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

Getting FUTP 60 going was a challenge, but it is going strong. The student team has been instrumental in getting the word out, making videos, and working on our Plays. We still have challenges with the Plays, but we are working hard!
