Our Fuel Up to Play 60 team members have made healthy food posters. They also have taken photos of healthy snacks and displayed them on a bulletin board in the hallway. Our students have been on announcements encouraging Lakeland Elementary to eat healthy and stay active. These students have inspired other students to eat healthy and choose healthy habits.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Our FUTP60 students have been very excited to encourage and inspire our campus to choose healthy food. We have seen other students making and sharing photos of healthy snacks. We encouraged healthy eating last year; however, this year so many more students have been excited to make healthy snacks. It seems like our healthy food habits are contagious this year!
