Over 300 students attended the dance. There was a D.J., organized group dances, a hula hoop contest, and healthy snacks. FUTP 60 giveaways were handed out to students who were really dancing and moving. It was a success because of the help of the Student Ambassadors, teachers, admin, and parent volunteers. A great time had by all!

How did students and adults work together as a team?

The FUTP 60 Ambassador team of students and teachers met a few times to organize and plan the dance. The dance planning was a team effort by both the students and teachers but the students really took over with the promoting and decorating.

How did you accomplish your goals?

The FUTP 60 Ambassador team of students, teachers, administration, and PTO all worked together. We met as a group and communication was made through email. Everyone was given a role.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

We plan to continue to have a FUT P60 Valentine's Dance every year and end the year with a FUTP 60 Field Day where all the students participate in fun physical activities.
