Victory Middle School needed a recess refresher. The grant we received was used to purchase a new portable sound system that can go inside and outside. Students are able to move to their groves at lunch break while they participate in Mileage Club and at pep assemblies where we hold our "Minute to Win It" activities for the student body. This has also allowed our school community to be able to host a variety of events that utilize the sound system that encourages physical activity and community involvement. Thank you FUTP 60! We are so grateful for this new sound system!

How did students and adults work together as a team?

We have a student-lead FUTP 60 team that came up with the need for the new sound system.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

We worked with the student team, administration, and the music department to make sure we had the best system possible for our budget.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Students LOVE being able to listen to music while moving!
