Dr.J.A. Garcia FUTP 60 Club students meet on Tuesdays after school. We start every meeting with fun workouts. Students have enjoyed cardiovascular workouts by running races, playing flag tag, dragon tails & beanbag shoe tag. The kids love working out in a fun way. The kids have also practiced ball handling skills by participating in basketball dribbling relays, playing dribble tag, and guard the bowling pin game. Several parents have informed me that their children love being in the FUTP60 after school Club. 

How did you accomplish your goals?

My goal was to get kids to develop a love for working out. I accomplished this goal by providing fun, creative, and exciting games the kids begged to play over & over. They are helping their minds and bodies stay healthy by exercising in a FUN Way!
