Lyford High School provides the opportunity for each student to have an iPad. In the morning while waiting for the first bell, students are just sitting and are on their iPads. Once a week Fuel Up to Play 60 Team will choose a theme for dance music in the mornings to help motivate students to get their day going by participating.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

Lack of enthusiasm, but on recruitment day over 40 students signed up to be on Fuel Up to Play 60 team.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Other staff members provided input in creating themes for the dance days.

How did you accomplish your goals?

Will provide a prize every 6 weeks for participants.
