Get Ririe Moving
The Ririe Fuel Up to Play 60 team worked with school administrators to plan an assembly about the importance of exercising. The students introduced themselves and said why exercise was important to them. They showed a video about exercise and had a local Zumba instructor come and get the whole student body dancing. Fuel Up to Play 60 swag was passed out to the best dancers.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

The Fuel Up to Play 60 team worked with administrators, their advisor, and the community members to make the assembly happen.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

The Fuel Up Play 60 team are going to make posters and signs to hang up around the school throughout the year. The importance of Fuel Up to Play 60 is going to be included on the morning announcements. Teachers are making time for classroom breaks.
