Bellaire KSHAC team was moving to the beat and exercising during National Night Out. We had Zumba dances and even Dance the Nae Nae! Community members watched our KSHAC team take the lead and soon they followed to exercise with us. Awesome event that was geared up for the community to be active with KSHAC's lead.

How did you accomplish your goals?

My goals were accomplished when our KSHAC team was passing out wellness flyers to the community during National Night Out! The icing on the cake was when they joined us for some Zumba dancing.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Adults and students worked together by attending booths during our National Night Out. We gave our community pamphlets and introduced them to local services in their community. Also, we passed out healthy snacks.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

We plan to make more community events happen before the end of the school year. We are excited to team up with the NFL to improve our students' health and community's health.
