Student-led exercise activities are held daily during Brain Breaks and sometimes after school. This includes yoga, dance, walking, and physical fitness. The students are eager to participate and enjoy these activities in the classroom.
What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?
The space is limited in the classroom, so with the weather turning nicer, we hope to do more of these activities outside on a daily basis.
